I have been floundering with non-Oldwing topic recently...

Finally I hooked up the leaner sidecar to my '82 GL1100A again and headed to the "Snake" along MulhollandHwy in Santa Monica Mountains.

Here's what I got from RockStorePhotos.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks all!

Actually these are the only pics I got. I guess I need an SLR camera and riding buddy who can shoot photos..

Oh there is the third one I didn't purchase.

I take back what I have said about sidecars. Unreal photos, it would be so cool to have some video footage from a Hero cam or such following you.

Yes. That one also.

I have an onboard video but that doesn't really show what's going on.

For me, if i was to go hack, that would be the way. but the wife said no way.
She is a confermed back seat driver :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy:

A sidecar with full cover canopy can be confortable in the rain or cold weather. Here in so Cal, I don't have to worry about them however.

In my case, it's for my 8 year old son. He rides back of me for short trips but for longer ones he prefers a sidecar. He is too short to see where he is going in the back seat. Plus, in the sidecar, he can watch DVDs, eat snacks, fall asleep etc. :hihihi:

no doubt ...my buddy jp has nice hack i about killed in dan it seemed ...regular hack takes some training i felt in less tah 50 yds i didnt have....it was all about lean...killed to strong of word but it did seem like i was going to take dan a trip through woods with the hack if i didnt get it turned more

I wasn't concerned, Joe.
You seemed to handle it pretty well but I know what your talking about having driven a hack myself. It does take practice but I bet the leaner is much easier.
