Made the mounting subframe myself.

Lowers are for GL1100 but it fits okay.

Really like the new stereo.

However, the ride feels top heavy and unstable compared to GL. And surprisingly I now hear more engine mechanical noise. I would say Goldwing is still the ultimate tourer.
 
yes the golwing is the tourer ang low center of gravity ....i like inline fours but they are top heavy with motor design and all that gas ...no comparision ....idont know why some say wing handle so terrible ...for what they are there the best
 
The passenger seat looks like it should have a 3 point harness.
That would have come in handy for my son on a all nighter ride we took to AZ, he kept dozing off scaring the crap outa me.
 
Looks good on there. Maybe you should install the front counter weight. That might make it a bit less twitchy. Yes the fairing with lowers makes a great echo chamber to amplify engine noise.
 
I had a XS750 3 cyl. many years ago..... ran like a champ , but, never could keep it Charging....... But, I think yours looks Good with the Fairing.
