I'm pretty sure the crash bar has the front off the ground...at least it looks like it ain't got more than 1/4" of rubber on the road.

My guess is the camera was leading the front tire, point of focuse somewhere around the headlight, with a high shutter speed. The body language seems to be rideing - not crashing.

But we may never know.
 
I sent the pic to CSI (Photo analysis Unit), Friendswood. They said hat the reason the back tire looks blurred is because its in the shadow and not as bright as the front. They said that it was a very good high-def camrea with super hypersonic speed. And that indeed it was the rt side floor board scraping as they all do if you take a sharp turn too fast w/ floorboards installed.
