So tranny fluid stop leak fixed your rubber seals? WOW I never would have thought of that. I have the new ones so I am just going to replace them this time but, I will keep your fix in mind if they decide to leak again!

I don't remember the brand, I got the stuff at Autozone if that helps. I used ATF in the forks so the two products would work together as expected.

I even forgot about power sterring fluid also  which I happen to have somewhere around...I know I have seen a bottle of that thing :good: .Could try that bottle as soon as i find it :headscratch: ,If it doesn't work I'll go to plan "B" which in reality was plan "A" to begin with :fiddle: .Maybe Omegaman can decipher what I'm trying to say  .Will post when I find it,as to what brand it is :swoon:  Thank guys for the ideas :thanks:AApple":uht19yww said:"No Leak Power Steering Treatment"....works well. Made by the same company that makes the "Stabil" brand of fuel stabilizer. Clear bottle with a gold colored fluid, and a tan label. Can get it at most parts houses.(Pep Gurls, Autozone, etc.) :builder:
A fork boot cover like some of those motocross bikes would keep road debris out and I don't think they would look so odd installed on the bike.I think kinda those Paris-dakar BMW bikes sort off.joedrum":2padk32f said:seems like every fork seal im around leaks ....i guess graval roads are just to mush on seals .....maybe this winter i can figure some way for them to last
