For those of you with eagle eyes YES THE SEAT IS MISSING I am still waiting for the leather to be delivered grrr but here are a couple of pics with the seat in place but not covered yet
side view of the seat
rear view .

I still have a lot of work to do on the old girl like bumpers to make and seat loop out of round bar then get them chromed and got to sort a mascot for the front fender etc but I would be very interested in any input you guys have .The bars are 39" beach bars .

Also can anyone help me with a pair of fishtail pipes .

Truly magic job of rebirthing a GW. :good: I love the concept of an Indian with a flat 4 as my favourite bike is the Indian in line 4
I know that I would enjoy your Hondian more so than 1940s Indian technology to actually ride. Also the price tag would be more in my budget :smilie_happy:

Leathers here :clapping: can get on with the seat now :builder: ,Time it took to get this leather I could have grown my own cow in the back yard  :Awe: photos to follow

well me n my son Texon 11yr old worked on the leather and did a pattern we both liked
here he is doing some graft for his pop
sorry I did not take more pics of the leather work being done  but you know how it is when ya on a roll :rocks:
More pics to follow of finished seat on the bike .

Here are a few pics of the seat done hope you all like our first work on leather (youtube) is a blessing :yahoo:

A few pics with seat on the bike

Thanks everyone for the positive comments ,I have ordered a pair of fishtail exhausts from the states to fit to the wing more waiting  but it will be worth it in the end ,Then it will be the big clean up and polish to finish .

Very impressive work! And got the son involved! Maybe a new start on a career path for him.

thanks for the comments weightlifter99 :good: I try to involve my son as much as possible but sometimes there is no getting him away from video games :laptop: just like most young kids ,But once I do manage to get him helping he loves it :builder: ,But he hates washing the bike or polishing it .

Welcome texon, another dude from God's own county, local even, I live in Pontefract (where the liquorice comes from0. Just for you wing bros from elsewhere, Pontefract is in the middle of three yes three "triangles" the 1st is Liquorice and the 2nd is Rhubarb. You have only the Bermudan triangle so for once we have more than you guy's :smilie_happy:

Oh keep your son interested by buying him a project? doesn't have to be a Harley 125? one that is toast so he can fully rebuild it. I got real interested when I was a kid in Africa with my old man, I got an old Layland Comet diesel to work on, been a petrol head ever since.
