My front brakes get locked up after riding.A mechanic said the relief hole in the master cylinder is probably plugged. Its not letting the fluid release the pistons, suggested I try running a wire into it to clean out any debri. Does the master cylinder need to be removed,if so just where is this little hole that could be causing all the problem.Help Thanks

Yes you could run a tiny wire in there to clear it but it may clog up again.

Many of these old girls have sat for so long and the fluid never flushed to clean out the old and clean the lines.
May be able to put off a master rebuild if you suck out the old fluid, poke the hole clear, then flush it real good with new fluid.

It could also be sticky pistons in the calipers, you may need to fully service your braking system ( rebuild calipers and master cylinder)

Don’t rule out a collapsed brake line either or a combination of all of these. Start with the easiest which is the return hole, but when you have it fixed, flush the entire system and fill with new fluid.
