Fuel Tank rubber

Can anyone tell me where the fuel tank rubber is located the part number is 17615-463-000 RUBBER B
Some might call it a tank cushion.
I have attached the parts view of the fuel tank part no 4.

Cushion #4 slides onto the tang at the very front of the tank, below the filler neck. It is inserted into the opening in the frame crossmember under the seat as the tank is installed.

Cushions #15 attach to the bottom of the tank, and rest against the frame crossmember just above the swingarm pivots.
