Went out last night .... Started the bike ... No gauge lights.... The white background lights... I have neutral, blinkers, high beam, the tach and speedometer work.... Just no background lights... Where should I start looking... New to these bikes ... Any help would be greatly appreciated... THANKX....

Year? If all of the gauge lights are out I would suspect a fuse...
It's just the tack and speedometer background lights... The cluster dummy lights all work.... Neutral, blinkers, high beam, ... I will check my fuses .... THANKX 4 the response....

Do the Fuel and Temp gauges have lighting? The tach & speedo have 2 lamps each, iirc, and the fuel & temp have 1. If ALL of them are not working, it's not likely to be bulbs. I'd still be looking at a fuse issue, or possibly the ignition switch not powering up that section of the fuse box for some reason..

Fuel and Temp lights are also out.... Will check the fuses tomorrow... Thankx for all your assistance...
We have lights.... It was a fuse... Thankx for the help...now only a million other things to do.... And she will be ready for the road....
