G'DAY Goldies

Picked up my first Goldy after many years of admiring them I purchased a 1979, not even sure what the value in Oz was for one, it runs is unregistered was an older mans that is unwell and doesn't get the chance to ride anymore.

About me I live in Hervey Bay QLD Australia where Fraser Island Is and people watch whales frolic in the ocean, 44 Married 4 kids 3 yrs to 25 yrs and 2 grand daughters . Mortgage, I sell fruit n vegetables for a living and now have a new toy to tinker with over the next year or two to rebuild as I'm restricted in what I can drive ride at current

In a previous life I was a carpenter till knees and arms decided they didn't like to work unless full of cortisone injections

I have previously had a few bikes and also a 69 MG sports car I'm not overly knowledgeable about always like to learn and love to ride and have friends that ride on a regular basis and help charitable Groups Anyway Cheers Pat (Fatman)
