last sunday i took a ride, same route as last saturday but i stuffed both walmart gelpads in one cover. it make me sit higher. my inseam is 33/34" and i was on my toes but boy did it feel good. when i got home i took one of the gelpads out and put it back in its own cover and put that one on the 1200 wing for dewey

I'm glad you posted that because I was considering a second pad, I have a 34" inseam as well...I also need a hide like big Jim has...I considered buying some high density foam for cusions and cutting it to fit the gel pad case and stuffing it in there along with the gel pad, I like the way the case bonds to the leather seat..

sorry but i forgot to post it after the ride. the m/c gelpad works better for me because it is 3/4 an inch high so i am thinking like you, to get some seat foam and put with the walmart gelpad until it is the right height for me

its been raining most all week but last night it stopped long enough to go for a ride. my bike sits out side under a cover which isn't very water proof or water resistant so when i took the cover off my walmart gelpad was soaked. i drained as much water from it as i could but it was still wet so i took the m/c gelpad and put it on top of the walmart gelpad , talk about comfort. i was thinking of cutting the " H ' patteren in the m/c gelpad so it would move like the walmart gelpad put i think i'm going to trim the walmart gelpad to lay flat on the seat and use the pieces in the m/c gelpad
