I am not sure if that delay is front to rear bias or side to side front.
the ebay ad shows there are 2, right & left

So here is the GL18 Delay proportioning valve If needed to have it to reduce the front power down some.

The dual brake system on the early GWs is nothing like the Honda Dual circuit on later bikes. The CBR system has different size pistons in the calipers feeding secondary master cylinders with anti dive proportioning valves. This gives brake biasing when using the foot brake to the rear, front biasing when using the hand lever. Any rear master cylinder that has similar piston size and stroke that can be adapted should work well.

When i get the GL18 Rear Brake master i will just install it,

and then give a ride report, good or bad.

Waaaiit a minute 250 to 350 for used rear masters, and 295 for ign switches???
I get 50 to 100 for rear masters and 75 to 100 for an ignition switch with key!! Not planning to retire any time soon, maybe I should have opened up in the States...... with those prices......

I looked at specs.

GL1100
GL1200
GL1500

They all have the same size Rear brake master Piston OD".

I wonder if on the linked brake system, if they are all the same part number?

I am able to lock/slide, skid the rear wheel on my GL12 the front wheel does not lock up, in a very fasst stopping situation, Bike stops Fast!

I received my GL1800 Rear Brake Master, it was full of brake fluid, and in a shipping bag, it does not look like anything is damaged.

I just looked up part numbers for rebuild kits
GL11 Linked system has a different p/n for it's rebuild kit.

But the Linked system Rear Brake Master for the two below have the same rebuild kit part numbers
GL12
GL15

83 uses an external y splitter for linking whereas gl12 splitting is built into the rear m/c,

dunno about gl15 but assume the gl18 rear m/c is/does not split internally, only because the person who did the conversion makes no mention of it,

gl11 uses 3 diff systems, single & dual piston calipers, then also linked but pretty sure there are only 2 diff seal kits, 80-2 being the same even tho 82 went with the 2 pot caliper

Rear reservoirs are round & gravity feed the master, attached with a single bolt to the frame.
