You may as well go ahead and look in to it and get us some info on a price per hat.
I have hats made up for my business from time to time and I have about $10 each in them. You will probably need to order at least 3 dozen to get a price break. And...most guys prefer a 6 panel hat that is all cloth, no mesh, and the velcro adjustment for comfort.

Order up a CGW patch, get yerself the plain cap of your choice, sew the patch on, and presto-chango...a CGW cap! :cool!:
