Nice bikes offcenter but not the color I'm looking for. The blue green special was on the 75 thru 77 models, then the granduer blue was on the 78 up till around 81 models. Here is what I think the blue green special looks like. It appears similar in other images I have found. Just trying to make reasonably sure before I start shelling out dollars for paint. :smilie_happy:

Man I like the 1200's without the back box! Think I'm gonna take mine off this spring!

Welcome to the site from the deep south! (Of New Jersey that is! :smilie_happy: ) :clapping:

I am going to have to take a ride up your way! Real nice area for riding!

Absolutely, Gerry. The entire northwestern quarter of the state is GREAT for riding.
Lots of twisting, curving back roads. You can ride for hours and never spend a
second on a highway. And if you're up for even longer rides, you can keep going
right up into the Catskills of New York or the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania,
entirely on two lane roads. Down your way, it's all pretty flat and straight.

P.S. Gerry, up here I can go out and ride for HOURS on my Honda 90, a bike
that will only go 45 or MAYBE 50 downhill! In fact I've ridden that bike to
Pa four times and NY twice! Normal cruise on that machine is 35 to 40.

Sounds great! My neighbor has an '1800 and a Yamaha VJR and is always looking for a different trip to take! Look for ya in the Spring!

Let me know when you are heading up this way. We'll get together for a burger or something!
