Was out walking the dog and seen this by the trash cans, lifted one side and heard things tumbling inside but this thing is maybe 200 pounds, the dial is locked up..I left it there but I cant help to wonder whats inside.

Yup, and you'll always be curious. I hate when that happens! You'll be watching "Antiques Roadshow" or "Pawn Stars" and some guy will say "I found these in a lockbox by some trash cans in Covina." Then they'll tell him that they're worth thousands!

Wull...who's to say that thing ain't STOLEN? It might contain a deadly virus...or a derty pair o socks...who knows? Walk away...walk away.... :whistling:

Well it is gone so I don't have to think about it...I do find some neat things while walking the dog though, Found a Hoover wind tunnel deluxe self propelled that only thing wrong was a full bag and worked/looks perfect, found a 24 pack of beer, 4 new bottles of 10 dollar assorted wine some with velvet gift covers, a small tool box with various machinist clamps and devices but no hand tools, I hate to think what actually gets into the cans.

Finding stuff like that might be reason enough for me to walk. Naah not in my neighborhood.
It seems weird to hear people say that, I hear that more and more from rural america..spent the better part of my childhood in south east Canton, It was like Mayberry.
What the heck is going on these days, used to only hear that in certain parts of the the major cities.

I've always had good neighbors and been a good neighbor until I bought this house. My parents owned it before me and I've put roofs on 3 neighbors houses. After we bought here though they became very unfriendly. It's the way today. Every nanny feels they know how you should live your life.

Well it re appeared, I looked in the hole (it wasnt there before) and seen some hard covered folders like you find diploma`s in and a pair of egg tongs, thinking the egg tongs were used to reach inside with..While photographing a fella asked if I was taking it..I said he was welcome to it...So I`ll never know..Best that way.
