joedrum » Wed Jul 03, 2013 8:54 am[/url]":15d3x78s]nothing in this country makes sense ...is where I start from ...that way you know your talking to idiots that live off others

For instance... Interstates that run North to South are odd numbers and start with the lowest number (I-5) on the West Coats and highest (I-95) on the East Coast. But then don't forget about I-97 that is still further East of I-95 in Maryland...

I just have to ask: What the :sensored: is I-99 doing in the middle of PA?

Once you go North of L.A we have some of the most beautiful roads to ride on and staying off the freeways. PCH is amazing North of San Francisco. Some really nice places South too but it's chopped up some where the 101 freeway takes over.
The ride out to Julian is real nice too.
I'm weird though. I prefer the desert over green forest and twisties.
I guess it's because I've lived here all my life around all the concrete and noise, nice to get out to wide open spaces and QUIET.

Closest thing to a freeway around here is 110 miles away. But we do have an awful lot of oil field trucks entering the highways. They don't believe in yielding.

Very true..I love a nights ride through the desert with the stars shining bright and the smell of sage in the air.
