I have to re-replace the right seal, I must have not had it set quite properly after re-assembly. the left tube has no issues but the right is definetly leaking. I replaced the bushings, etc. as well as the springs - so I'm not bottoming out anymore thanks to Progressive, but I still have to tear it back down to replace the right seal again. Live and learn!
Have you tried using a seal mate first. My right hand one on the Rats Nest has leaked oil a couple of times and I just made a SealMate style tool out of a coke bottle and it has been great for 3-4k miles now. They were new seals in both forks.
