Ian, that a thought also... not the Harley way though..., but that sounds pricey. I guess is to be expected thoughts cause that would fix it correctly.
I am now thinking about cutting that lip off and finding 2" ID tube and slipping it over what is already there and having welded in place. That will make it look the best, I guess.
