ive been pulled over for going to slow before....ought to try driving a car after a 24 hr set in a combine going 3 to 4 mph picking beans in hill country with the knife cutting right on the ground .....25 mph in car after that seems like a 100mph to say the least ....

my aunt would only drive 35mph on the expressway, she got pulled over for going too slow and once the cop explained it to her she sped up to 45mph

I have never seen a cop giving a ticket to a slow driver here, doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I think I am right in saying that in the UK there is a minimal speed that a car should go on a motorway (freeway in the states). I can just imaging the passengers remark to the officer, sorry dude but I am just a passenger, you need to give the ticket to the driver?
