Over the past month I had done a lot of work on this Aspencade. She now runs, rides and stops wonderfully. But, now all of a sudden a have a loud squeak while running that I think ??? comes from right below me.

Should a swing axle be lubricated? When i remove the caps i can see no evidence of previous greasing being done here. Are there any specific locations that should be routenly greased?

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I cannot create the squeak at a stand still yet it is definately occuring when experiencing bounces. The "harder" the bounce the louder the squeak.

I have rebuilt the forks, prior to this challenge occuring, added/replaced numerous parts to include adding a tow bar.

No lubrication at the sway bar huh? How would one know if they need to be replaced?

Check if the Swingarm will rock in the slightest side to side, that would indicate a bad bearing. Best way is with tire off and shocks unbolted.
I would go over every bolt on the bike first and make sure their tight.
I had a squeak from a loose fairing mount.

slop ....put the bike on the centerstand if you can ...or get help to do it i always have too ....with the tire off the ground now try to wiggle it ....it there is side to side motion ...its most likely the wheel ...honda in its geinus way decided that a heavier bike could have the wheel bearing mounted in alumium instead of steel like lighter pervious oldwings ...just stupid engineering ....it could be swingarm too if rode til the slaming effects it to ....this is what id check on a 1200 squeaking on bumps
