I bought a Schwinn bike pump that I have used for setting suspension pressures back in August and finally decided to mount it out of the way in the Vetter top box.
Alloy bracket with pump bracket mounted
All mounted in the top of the top box and out of harms way

The black plastic pump bracket came with the pump and has an elasticised strap which you can see in the bottom photo, I think I picked it up in Walmart.

:good: :clapping: :builder:  That's pretty neat!

Cycle Gear has a small compressor on sale right now...Imma gunna slide by there this afternoon and pick one up. Next time I has a flat, I'll plug it, and then I'll be able to air it up while sittin on the side of the hiway.

It takes a long time to pump up the tires but it will do the job in a pinch. I have a co2 puncture repair kit (4co2 cartridges instead of 2) that I normally carry so hope fully I don't loose too much space ( it fits under the flasher cutout on the Vetter side panniers).

I did go and get that compressor. It's TINY! Fits very nicely in the saddlebag. Max psi is 80....I checked it.
I have a compressor here at the house, so I use that to do my tires, and suspension, when needed. I see a lot of folks use the bike pumps tho. Guess I'm just too dang lazy.... :smilie_happy:
