i know we had this before, but can't remember where it is ,but how far can one go on a full tank of gas on a 86 aspencade sei, i went 163 miles on 4 gallons showed on dash i still could go another 46 miles. just curious.

That's a pretty good figure, a little over 40 mpg. My 86 aspy, carburated avgs. bout the same, sometimes 42. That would put you somewhere around 210 or so per tank.

Well my 1100 gets 40-42. Best I've ever seen is 44 average. That put me at 160-200 miles before going to reserve.

Alot of it is the tune, way you drive it, etc...

My 43 mpg will easily drop into the mid 30's over 70mph or running the twisties.

Stella and I just got back from 110 mile ride and she took 2.5 gallons to refuel I am not sure how much she holds but she was at 1/2 tank when we filled up.

75 MPH steady and I get 168 miles before reserve (about 4.1 gallons before I need to go to reserve). 40 MPG average.

I just came back from Brianhead Utah. I got 40 mpg with my 85 GL1200 LTD which gives you a range of 232 miles to woopy. That was cusine at about 80-85. Dbduely Keep the shiney side up an have a great life.

thanks everyone for the info i figure i get a range of around give or take 200+ miles on a tank on my sei so it has been helpful to get input from ya'll.
