woke up about 06:00 feeling pretty good, it was sunny and 53F according to the weather guesser. I thought I might want to go for a short ride so I got cleaned up then geared up for my trip. I also decided to take the GSA this morning because where I wanted to go I had never been on the GSA. once out the yard my first stop would be right down the street to get a pic of my bike with heavy equiptment

after that pic I headed east on tireman and filled up at the marathon station at Wyoming. I took Livernois south then us-12 east, I was thinking about a pic I could take but most of the murals I passed I already have pic's of so once over in Mexican town I got this mural. last time I took a pic of it the Mighty ST 1300 still had a trunk on it

well puttzing around the city isn't what got me out early I had something I thought would be better that puttzing around Detroit so I crossed the ambassador bridge for some puttzing around in Windsor, ON. CA.!!! I really wanted to go to Canada cause the GSA has no decals on it and I was tired of looking at those blank side boxes

from Detroit you can see this church but you would need some very good eyes to make out much detail so I went for a closeup

the temp went from 53f to 66f real fast, I had to dress down some to stay cool so I removed my jacket liner and changed to summer gloves

I had been in Canada for couple hours and didn't want to aggravate my neck so I headed back to the border, took a bout five minutes longer to get back in the states than it did to get into Canada. not much traffic on the roads so getting back to the house took almost no time at all. once home it was time to get something to eat and see where I wanted to place my flags on the GSA

Thank you William for another excellent blow-by-blow. Makes me jealous as I have spent my Memorial Day digging holes in the earth and planting fruit trees. I’m about ready to lay this pickax down go inside and relax for the duration of the holiday.

I don’t feel too bad as I got in about 100 miles on the CBX yesterday. I still seem to have a nagging fueling issue where it occasionally starves for fuel. Usually at a light after a good romp. Can be embarrassing when the guy next to you then goads into a little skirmish and the thing bogs down and and dies at the green.

Great ride report William even if I am seeing more adventure bike than I want too (I have 6 mates that have riding to the Cape (top of Oz) atm) and most of them have converted to large bore adventure bikes now.
Darrell it may be over fueling if it bogs down out of the lights, my CBR (the Pig) was like that until I fixed the carbies.

I only took the GSA because I had never been in Canada on it. saturday morning I was on the Mighty ST 1300, Sunday I didn't go riding

Love the positioning of the spider over the mighty ST. I'm pretty sure that did not happen by accident.

I must be crackin' up. Couldve sworn i saw the ST under a spider mural. Sheesh. Never mind...
