NEED EXHAUST VALVE

1981 GL1100 A
Need exhaust valve 14721-371-405 that's what is in parts look up.
But then I see 14721-463-770 also listed on a site for 81-82.
My valve as a slight bend and figure better get one which I know is no longer available. Thinking maybe pick up whole head assembly on eBay and use valve.
