new member. 84 honda goldwing aspencade gl1200

Hello all. Im hellrazor. I just picked up an 84 honda goldwing aspencade gl1200. This is only my 2nd bike. My first being an 81 honda cb650 which i rebuilt, engine and electrical, and traded for the goldwing. The guy had bought it a few years back and blew a head gasket. He decided to replace the motor and gave up so i ended up with the 84 goldwing with the engine half put in. The bike also came with the original engine that had 64000 miles on it. The engine in it currently has 40000 miles. Today i have just got it all put back together, test drove it and thd engine sounds smooth and drives decently. Spent only 40 dollars in fluids in total. I look forward to using this site as well as providing input during my goldwing adventures. Given the haloween season i decided to dub my bike: Franken-wing. :salute:

Thanks much! Already am thats for sure. cosmettically it really isnt too pretty but it runs smooth aside from a hiccup or two due to needing the carbs synced
