found this great forum by "googling" how to disassemble 1200 water pump.. great info here..I have "rescued" two 1100's (rebuilt motor in one) and four 1200's ( rebuilt motor in one-bent rod-and rebuilding one now). my sons and all grandsons are now "wingers"....my main ride is a 1500 when I'm in south , when I'm up in N.Y. (summer) ride a 1200... wife has Suzuki Burgman 650 .love wings been riding and repairing wings since my first one .. :thanks:
