Depends on if it is on top of, or under the clearcoat. If it's under the clearcoat, about the best you can do, without painting, is to run new striping over the top of it. If it is on top of the clear, then it's just a matter of removing what's there, and redoing it. You can get striping tape at any automotive paint supply store, but some NAPA, Autozone, and other parts houses carry it, too.

I've read of many orders taking a long time with no call backs or replies to emails from them.

Have they got this sorted out now?
Sometimes they take a while to ship, but you will always get your stuff. Susan handles to accounts and she will email back pretty quick with answers. I think they drop ship some of the stuff from elsewhere and that is why it takes a little time. You might need a little patience, but thier stuff is good!
