To be honest, it doesn't happen that often. But most frustrating when it does, as it means that in all reality both his time and mine have been wasted, whereas with a bit of thought he could have had a lot more information.

Difficult to know about members of forums, as generally on there they have user names. I either get proper names or none, just an email name. Unless it's a member of WinGovations using his user name, which I can check.

I know what you mean, much the same on the forums....details are needed to help.
Sometimes just a couple more details are needed to nail the problem.
