Run the bike with the plug out and mounted/touching earth and observe the spark. Also see if it stops pumping raw fuel out the cylinder. You should be able to reinstall the plug (If it has good spark) and the engine should run fine. If it starts to load up again and drowns the plug then it is more that likely a sticky float valve, if so check the forum for solutions :yes:
