Randakks off Idle Air Fix

Has anyone done this fix? I did it on mine and the bike takes off nicely from a stop without revving the engine. However, I seem to have lost that rheostat like throttle response in the low RPM range. Bike idles beautifully and runs well. Starts easy and pulls like a sunova gun at 3k+ rpm. Didn't know if what I am experiencing was part of that fix or not and wanted to know what other people have experienced.

Check for vacuum leaks? Easy to forget to tighten the elbows or pinch an oring under the intake runners.

it really dose seem the stock set up in carbs is the limiting factor on torque availible ...not cams to me ...to me and where i am at ...there just is no place where the power is down ..no matter what rpm i am at ...that said it dont take much to get stock carbs off the game they do have ....atf mix in the gas is about the best thing i know for stock carbs to maintane at a good level
