I was asked about a rear master cyclinder for a 1200, I have watched NOS fade away to where some things are like trying to find hens teeth..With that said I had asked a couple of years back about new master cyclinders for my 1100, one of the members on Steve's site foundd this vendor on E-Bay, yeah that fablous place to get everything??????...He found a company that was casing "New" master cyclinders in power coat and chrome for the 1100's....These fromnt master cyclinders came complete with lever, and even a OEM stop light switch...Yeah and new banjo bolt and seals for under $100.00.... I had my old computer crash and lost all of my web sites for either NOS or aftermarket items...But I can offer a Number of a salvage yard here in the Houston area that I have dealt with on numberous occassions, even bought my last Wing from them...Houston Cycle Salvage in Pasadena,Texas...Tigger or "Big Jim" are the guys that own this shop, they even offer a warranty on electrical parts, not any one else I know off does this, it's mostly if it don't work, buy another one, no refunds...These guyys will ship parts any where...OK they might not be the "cheapest place in the world, but both of them will do their best to get you the right part at a price you can live with..."Big Jim" is the Gold Wing pro, Tigger is more the Harley guy, but will do you right...Here's a link to their web site....

Watch the slide show, in one of those pictures there are two 1000, or 1100 speedo assemblies pictured..Yeah it looks a bit crowded, but Bigh Jim or Tigger can actually 99.9% of the time go lay their hands on the part you need....About a year ago I was in there for a rear case, long short for another time, but they had setting in their shop two, 1984 Gold wings that the Community college had been donated by Honda to train motorcycle mechanics, neither Wingh had over 3,000 miles on them..They were Perfect !!!!!...Both cranked and ran, but both were being parted out...Honda had taken the vin tags off and those two Wings could not be sold complete...Really sad to see two beautiful Wings being parted out...I have dealt with some other Houston area salvage yards, but these two guys are the best in this area...So you might be able to find a rear master cyclinder that is either usable "as is" or rebuildable..

More Later on some of the other shops in my area......

Nice to know of these places. There is also a honda crossover program that lists the same parts on other bikes and years.

With a list that long print it out and take it to any Honda bike dealer. They almost have to have one of them.

Yeah there was this guy on e-bay that was making front master cyclinders for not only gold Wings but other bikes as well...They sold the power coated ones for about $80.00 bucks, the Chrome ones for a little over $100.00....Broke winger bought one, put me onto that seller....It was in my favorites when my computer said "Goodbye" and died....Now with me being in 2nd stage of advanced CRS, I can't remember that guys company name...Both Broke and I sent him e-mails about rear master cyclinders but he wasn't making any at the time, but said they would be looking into it....Also I will get with 93Wing about this web site where you could buy new caliper pistons for 1100 and 1200, they were at one tie like $8.00 each, last time I looked they had gone up to I believe like $12.00 each....Same company rear case gasket was also $8.00...Honda or any company selling those gasket were over $50.00 , Hey quite a difference....

Later...
