I went with the HID conversion kit from SpeedMetal - bright as hell! :clapping: minimum draw is a big bonus

I've seen HID and LED headlights in cars. I'm not sure of the price difference, but my GL is going to have enough lights to knock squirrels from the trees at night.
Are HID more sensitive to failure?

Negative - they are long lasting. Dan has also done the same conversion as I did and we are both believers in HID's now :clapping:
I had my first chance for my son to drive in front of me in his car last night.
His rear window is tinted dark and he says my headlight is way brighter than most of the cars and said if they don't see that their eyes have to be closed.
This was on low beam.
