Seperate Fuses???

on a 83 gl 1100, is there a seperate fuses somewhere else besides the ones under the fuel tank flap? Like one for the radio and for the cigarette lighter.

I believe there are 4 inline fuses for the Clarion system thru the left front turn signal.
I don't think our bike came with a cigarette lighter :?:
