Solid state rectifier regulator

Ok, I was reading on here a while back and someone was talking about they had replaced these two components with one new solid state unit. I cannot find that thread so I'm putting it out there, is there a particular u it that is preferred, or how about a link to a known good source for these? Thanks in advance!

You can also get a regulator used or new so long as it is an FH designation, Yamaha R1, Honda CBR most current bikes use a mosfet, and buy a wiring kit like this to adapt,complete kits are out there though.
