Spare keys for GL1200

Hi - I'm a new member checking out the site and I'm in need of a bit of help please...

Anyone out there do proper key cutting using the codes? I have the code and a spare key and have had a spare cut from the remaining key which is unfortunately worn - the new one is rubbish and whilst it looks ok, won't open any lock on the bike...

I saw a post by a guy on this site who did cut keys, but now appears to have left the site. Any info on this would be welcome.

yes he gone ....last i knew he cold be reached at ngw ...im not a member there so dont know for sure if he is there ....
