I think they're electric. If it stopped working after changing the air filter, you may have disturbed a wire/fuse under the shelter. That's all I got....

Upon further investigation and reading others problems my spedo has been reading 5 mph faster than it should and my turns signals wont clear now,,,sounds like the wheel speed sensor,,, anyone know where to geta good used one ore new one
