It was late enough to get up, so I feed the cat an pour myself a bowl of snap crackle pops while the coffee maker is gurggling. Then I sit down and click the IE icon and what pops up before my eyes? Another childhood icon has left the building. This is almost as bad as when Kaptin Kangaroo and Mr. Wizard left me.
I realize there may be some here not "tanned" enough to know what this is. :ahem:

I remember WELL the black and white TV series he had back in the day. My mother had to watch, which meant WE had to watch!
The guy was amazing to the end...RIP Mr. LaLanne....

I used to exercise with him when I was a little boy, that was one fit man..A great role model..

The man was a icon,the feats that he accomplished were amazing....may he rest in peace.

Truly a great loss. He set set the standard for a lot of people during his lifetime and his passing marks the end of an era...RIP Jack.
