I was just pointing out that CM85 was thrown out of the rally that he tried to host and banned from the Saunders site ... finally.
I had a feeling that's what you meant just wasn't sure lol.

So he was hosting that, damn! I know their NASSIR events are a big deal for them, but to trust someone like him after all we pointed out I gotta say was a bonehead move, sheesh!
We told them so...anyway...too bad it happened but maybe they'll (AZgl1800 in particular) will listen to the majority opinion and look at the facts next time.

It does feel good to be validated for being right after being crapped on over there!

ha ha... ya couldnt make this stuff up...

heres a ripper from the capn..

"...be nice if I could get my dual-engined bike finished in time. I'm really wanting to ride a dual-engined "GL-2000".
Maybe we'll have a Goldwing show, ...or at least one for the Jap-powered amongst us. There's plenty of nice GL's here to support doing something specific with them.
Maybe we'll ride out to my friend Cliffs "secret" asparagus patch on the side of the road, ...that he thinks I don't know about, ...and grab some for grilling.
Lot's of options at this point."

what a dunce...... :smilie_happy: and this from a very optimistic feller

" Keep up the good work, Capt, I'm sure all will come away with memories to last a lifetime."

well, they all got some good memories all right, to last a lifetime indeed............... :smilie_happy:

"...be nice if I could get my dual-engined bike finished in time. I'm really wanting to ride a dual-engined "GL-2000".

Seriously? When is this suppose to be completed. I want to ride it too.

Both have 8 valve heads and single Weber 32-36 carbs with his home made $20 C5 ignitions and rear drive dual alternators.

Yeah the pics of those heads and rear drive alternator have mysteriously vanished. Darn Internet.

So has the design for dual shift linkage. Two possible issues with dual engined wing. Stacked the bike would have to have the seat a bit high for a tall basketball player. Inline the bike would be as long as limo or at least look it. Not very rideable either way.

well we all know ..if you want strait talk of issues ...classic it ...we have never back a fool when it comes to oldwing knowledge ....since 2007 ..we sure have exposed a few :fishin:

I like the idea of them coupled by the front end of the engines with a Cush coupling and the front engine running in reverse, that way he doesn't have to worry about gearbox linkages unless he decides to drive the front wheel as well!!
