Just a thought, what would be a good price for a side car. used not new i know they are like harley s high dollor. or is there a set of trianing wheels a better way to go . the wife had a stroke and i need a better way to get her around , still haveing limited use of her right arm and leg . don't whant to go around a coner and lose her .that would not be good. she just loves to ride . that's why i got the gw, the others either didn't have the power or always something going bad. any suggestions? thanks :thank_you:

I agree side car is the best idea. Get with some of our members here that have them to be sure what you are looking for and how to set it up so it rides right.

A friend of mine sold a used side car he had on his Kaw Voyager a few years ago. I belive he got around $1.200 for it.
I agree with the Slab. A sidecar would probably be the best way to go until she got her skills back. Best Wishes!

I would agree a sidecar is better although 3 wheels can be cool too.
fysty1 has a setup looks pretty good.

I think hers is a voyager kit?

I think the consistancy of handling is better with a trike type kit,but the sidecar may be easier for her to ride in.
Just make sure you find one with easy access. Some of them can be tough to get in and out of.

Thanks Dan. That is a voyager converable trike kit. Trike by day & 2 wheeler by night. :smilie_happy: I just love this set uo. My short legs & artritis prompted it but if I knew back then what I knoe now I would have gone for a true trike. There is a kit thatis less money than the V but you have to supply the wheel & paints & a few other little bits. https://www.mtcvoyager.com/
