Valve Covers

WTB: I would like to buy a used set of valve covers for my GL1100. They need to be in good condition. Just plain dirty is no problem. :yes:

How good is good enough?
I have a few around here but they aren't in perfect condition.

Sorry just got back. Just as long as they don't have any cracks and can be used with a new gasket. I want to try polishing them and see how they turn out.

Please take pictures and give us details on what you do. I have been thinking about doing the same. Mine are chromed cheaply and peeling all over.
So you might prompt me into finally doing it.
