Wanted: 1975 thru 1983 standard for chopper project

Hi,

I just finished my first restoration - now looking for a good inexpensive candidate for a chopper project. I want something that needs work but no horrible motor or stator problems. Color unimportant, have a small budget so ideally looking for something local to Delaware.

Always appreciate advice or suggestions too. PM me if you have any ideas.

Why not check craigslist for bikes in your area? Just about any make or model can be a good looking chopper. I'd look for any twin cylinder bike. Choppers are not known to be comfortable for long rides and the 2 cylinder bikes are fun for local rides.
