My bathroom scales just said 224 lbs, no carbs, with fuel pump & oil, 1984 gl1200 engine.

No wonder I'm so fat... my scale is bad. Mine said 235 :smilie_happy:

It probable had some oil still in it, and a lot of gunk built up on it too.

I am still trying to figure out how come you pair have 1200s in the bathroom!!

Actually, I have had a motorcycle in the bathroom before, 1973 GT750K, in Okinawa, late 70s. Thefts were endemic; a typhoon was raging outside, and I was washing the bike in the bathroom (no bath tub, just an open stall basically with a stool, sink, and shower head on a hose). Worked for me, but the wife wasn't happy.

Good thing she didn't realize that was an example of what life would be like 40 years later.

Happy New Years, Crew !
And to you. :salute:

Have one in my living room so I don’t qualify for bathroom area keepers, I haven’t weighed one but read that one weighs 256 lbs. you’ll have to verify, I know I can’t lift it.
