Dramatic motorcycle crash caught on video; DPS investigating

This is right down the road from me....as of late this evening, the bike rider was ticketed for passing on a double yellow(and invalid license), the ******* in the car is very likely going to be charged....with a felony. Biker was in the wrong to begin with, but still...dint deserve to have this dickwad intentionally hit them. :rant:

What I want to know is who is the brilliant ass who decided to put double yellow lines on a long stretch of flat straight road? ******* in the car might not have been ambulatory if I'd witnessed this crap. Another self appointed traffic nanny. I won't let you pass on double yellow lines and don't care if I kill you to stop it. Add ******* to pure stupidity you get drivers like that. He should be charged with attempted murder.

I would be checking that guys blood alcohol , old farts usually don't care when they had a few quarts added to them.

He has to serve time on this, a year min..with priors 3 to 5.

It's illegal crossing the double yellow line trying to pass. I guess it's okay though to cross it to try and kill someone though. After his jail time he should get ten years community service as parking lot attendant at biker bars.

Video doesn't really show it very well, but that's not really a long flat stretch of road....they're actually going uphill. The guy on the bike was frustrated because the dickwad in the white car was going 40mph, instead of the posted speed limit of 65. Not that that makes it any better....just wanted to clarify. :yes:
Grampa is still in jail at this time...$150,000 bond...and granting jailhouse interviews. What a friggin looser....

It really surprises me the people there as well as the guy recording were so calm about it.
Do something like that here, that old fart would have unexplained bruises and broken bones when highway patrol scrapes what's left him off the road.
