Wheel balance after bearing change?

I don't think I've ever heard of a discussion of wheel balance after changing the bearings in the wheel. I recently changed out the bearings in my front wheel and now I'm wondering if the the wheel is still balanced as when the tire was installed. I do have a Tyrebeads kit and really want to install them having buyers remorse for letting the tire guy talk me out of using them.
