First I heard of such a thing, I would bet it's not legal.
Isn't the smell of gas added to it so we know what it is?
I know the odor is added to propane and natural gas.

Natural gas has no oder. That is why it is added. Gasoline and nearly all other petroleum product have their own smell. This product isn't to make the fuel smell different. It's to make the exhaust smell different.

To tell the truth, I had an idea for a similar product years ago. Seriously.... What about a time release suppository that made your farts smell like patchouli, or strawberry, or whatever? Now, to me, this is a product that could revolutionize the world!

I'd be willing to bet you could clear a crowded room. Just leave you standing there alone, enjoying your fart. Now, if you could fart in that same crowded room and have everybody jonesing for popcorn...... That would be saying something!
