Hi all! :hi:

I purchased my first 'Wing last Fall because my wife has back problems so riding on the pillion seat on my vintage Magna is uncomfortable for her. I haven't had the bike safety certified yet because I can see it needs the left fork seal done. Go figure but the Magna blew a fork seal in sympathy this fall! I will do them both when the weather warms up a little. I also have to replace the left front pads on the 'Wing as they are soaked in fork oil and even brake cleaner hasn't improved their functioning.

Other than that the bike is ready to go. It is in great shape and has lots of extras added by the POs.

I once had a axle seal blow out on a pickup of mine which soaked the brake shoes with gear oil.
No money for new shoes so I tried everything I could think of I had to clean them.
I came to the conclusion that once pads get oil on them they are done.
