Wow do those things really happen? when we sold old house we had to go to home depot to buy a lock-set so we had something to hand over when the deed got signed.

Lets just say "it's complicated."

Got a message from the prospective buyer today stating because of the mileage/needed repairs he could only pay $850 and thanked me for my time. I called him and told him that $850 was a fair "counter offer" and accepted the offer, after all I only paid $600 for her and got to enjoy her for 4 years. He's working today so he said he'd call me tomorrow after 4pm which is the time I've requested to communicate all along.

So again, there we are. He has called me every time he said he would in the past so I feel he'll call tomorrow and we'll finish this deal. I'm not down about being offered a little more than half my original asking price because of the straight answers I got in the "hard questions" thread(thanks guys). I just want Old Girlfriend gone so I can focus on my next Wing, as it's killing me not being able to ride her, she never really let me down. Not sure if that last part makes sense to you all, but it does to me.
