I agree with him 110%.There is a diner in who caught alot of attention because they posted on the marqee "No English No service".Business tripled.

I've been to several different countries around the world. All of them had their own language which you needed to learn to get by. True there are usually some who do speak some english usually badly but they try. When in their country it goes a long way to learn the language. It should be so here.
