I will be tackling 3 gas tanks that need help. One is a spare, the other 2 are on the bikes at the moment, but I will be pulling them. Old gas and whatnot. Any cleaning products, cleaning and repainting techniques or tips you fine folks can offer?

Basically a "barn" find. Guy had it sitting in a semi-open garage for about 3 years. Birds did a number on it, that's why it's naked. Started tearing it down so I can paint the parts. Needs a very thorough cleaning. Engine turns, bike is whole. Had the bird pooped pics, but alas no more.

I would eventually like to turn this one into the show bike. No where on the bike does it say Aspencade, but this is the color code I found for that year ,Harvest Gold Metallic YR115M. The only model that carried that color for that year. What do you think? This pic doesn't show all the...
