There is a small hole in the fuel pump and today i noticed uder revvving in nuetral that a drop or two of gas blew out . wsupwidat??

Sounds like the diaphragm in the fuel pump might have a small hole in it. Turn off the fuel petcock and remove the 5 philips screws on the pump. You can check the rubber diaphragm when the top is removed from the pump. If it has leaked much, you might have gas in the oil - you want to check that. New fuel pumps are available, and easy to change. They're not exactly cheap, though.

There is also information about using an early Chevy diaphragm and making it fit the GW pump and only costs about $6.
