7 Volt Regulator Location?

Hi Wing Fans! New to the forum (great info) my 1980 fuel/temp gauges inop, suspect 7v reg. trying to locate it? Is it on the lh top frame member, there are two components on rubber mounting 1= flasher, the other is a rectangular plastic box more forward about 4 inches from the flasher, have also loosened the guages but cannot see the regulator, is it behind the tach or speedo, or way underneath near the heavy frame weight? Info appreciated, ty, Tom!!!!

Howdy and welcome to the forum!

Regulator is behind the gauge cluster. The rectangle thing.
Requires the entire assembly with the speedo and tach removed to get at it.
